Why Perkatory exists

Perkatory began with a simple idea: coffee deserves a little more time.

After years spent in a working world where everything seemed to move faster, I wanted to create something that encouraged the opposite. A reason to stop, make a proper cup and enjoy the few quiet minutes around it.

That became Perkatory. Not just coffee, but permission to pause.
