Shipping Policy

Every order is packed with care in Lincolnshire before beginning its journey to you.

Delivery

• Orders of £23 or more qualify for free UK delivery.
• Orders under £23 will have delivery calculated at checkout.
• All Ritual Boxes include UK delivery in the purchase price.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.

Ritual Boxes are hand-packed to order and are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched within 1–3 working  days of the next working day.

Delivery Methods

Ritual Boxes are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, allowing you to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Coffee orders are sent using the delivery service we believe is most appropriate for the size and destination of your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as estimates only.

While we work with trusted delivery partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at sharon@perkatorycoffee.co.uk and we'll work with you to put things right.
