Nestled in the highlands of northern Nicaragua, El Buey is a region known for producing coffees with remarkable balance and sweetness. Rich volcanic soils, high elevations and a favourable climate allow the coffee cherries to develop slowly, creating greater depth of flavour and a beautifully clean finish.
