Twilight

Welcome

Thank you for inviting Twilight into your home.

We thought you might enjoy discovering a little more about the coffee in your cup.

Twilight is our naturally decaffeinated coffee from Mexico, using the renowned Mountain Water Process. Smooth, comforting and beautifully balanced, it offers notes of milk chocolate and gentle sweetness with a clean finish, proving that great coffee doesn't need caffeine to be memorable.

The Mountain Water Process

Great decaf coffee starts with great coffee.

Twilight is decaffeinated using the renowned Mountain Water Process, a natural method that removes caffeine without the use of chemical solvents. Instead, exceptionally pure water is used to gently extract the caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural flavours and aromas.

The process takes place in Mexico using water sourced from the glaciers of Pico de Orizaba, the country's highest mountain. The result is a coffee that retains its character, balance and sweetness, proving that choosing decaf never has to mean compromising on flavour.

Why We Chose It

Decaf has come a long way, and we believe it deserves the same care and attention as every other coffee in our collection.

We chose Twilight because it delivers everything we look for in a great cup: balance, sweetness and a smooth, satisfying finish. Whether you're winding down in the evening, reducing your caffeine intake or simply enjoying another cup later in the day, Twilight lets you savour the ritual without compromise.

Why Mountain Water Matters

The Mountain Water Process is valued because it removes caffeine while allowing the coffee's natural character to remain intact. Rather than stripping away flavour, it preserves the balance, sweetness and aromas that make each coffee unique.

That's why Twilight still tastes like great coffee first and decaf second. Smooth, comforting and quietly satisfying, it's proof that slowing down doesn't have to mean compromising on flavour.

In Your Cup

Expect a smooth, beautifully balanced cup with notes of milk chocolate, gentle sweetness and a clean, rounded finish. The Mountain Water Process preserves the coffee's natural character, allowing its richness and aroma to shine without the caffeine.

Comforting rather than heavy, Twilight is equally at home as an after-dinner coffee, a peaceful evening ritual or simply a second cup when you want all the flavour without the extra lift.
